Since Lifestyle Communities began, our mission has always been to enable working, semi-retired and retired people over 50 to live an independent life of luxury at a truly affordable price.
We achieve this by operating as land lease communities which is a very different model to retirement villages.

We achieve this by creating outstanding quality communities with resort-style facilities available to buy at an affordable price and a weekly site fee that’s set at a sustainable amount over time.
