Referral – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion: Lifestyle Communities® Referral Rewards.

2. Promoter: Lifestyle Communities®, Level 5, 101 Moray Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205.

3. Participants:

The following two groups of participants are permitted to participate in this Promotion:

  • (a) Referring Participants – A current deposit holder who has purchased a home at Lifestyle Communities® or homeowner that currently lives at a Lifestyle Communities®.
  • (b) Referred Participants - A Referred Participant must not be an existing customer of Lifestyle Communities® nor an existing member of the Lifestyle Communities® contacts or database.

Each Participant must have prior permission from the other Participant to share their details (name, email, and phone number) before registering for the Promotion. Lifestyle Communities® takes no responsibility for any participant that does not have approval.

4. Promotional Period:

Referrals must be entered/registered with Lifestyle Communities® between 1 June 2024 – 31 July 2025.

5. How to Participate/ Eligibility:

To participate in Referral Rewards, each Referring Participant must, during the Promotional Period above, must refer a new customer to the Promoter via the following methods:

  • Our website (https://www.lifestylecommunities.com.au/referral)
  • Inviting the new customer to the community and introducing them to the Lifestyle Communities® Sales Team/Community Manager
  • Filling out the manual form (available from a team member)
  • Introducing them to the Lifestyle Sales Team/Community Manager

Our Lifestyle team must then add the referral to our database.

6. Incentive Payments:

Referral Rewards will be applicable for all successful referrals (where the referee has paid $5,000) from 1 January 2024. Lifestyle Communities® reserves the right to discontinue the promotion after 31 July 2025.

The count of referrals will be backdated from 1 January 2024.

(a) Referrer incentive: Applies if referred into a developing & established community and is structured as follows:

  • 1st referral = $1,000
  • 2nd referral = $2,000
  • 3rd referral = $3,000
  • Every referral after the 3rd will receive $3,000

Referrer incentive will only be issued when the new participant/ deposit holder completes their agreement signing.

The Referrer participant must be a settled homeowner to receive these incentives. Amounts will be accumulated and paid upon settlement.

(b) Referee Incentive: If referred into a developing community, only = $1,000.

7. Developing Community Referrals:

If a referral is made into a developing community (defined as a community where the last home has not yet been sold), only the referee will receive an additional $1,000 at settlement. This additional amount is not applicable if the referral is into an established community.

In developing communities, the buyer is purchasing their house directly from Lifestyle Communities (as the developer).

8. Established Community Referrals:

When an established homeowner refers someone to a developing community, both the referring homeowner and the new homeowner (the referee) qualify for Referral Rewards.

  • The referring homeowner will receive a tiered reward based on the number of successful referrals: $1,000 for the first, $2,000 for the second, $3,000 for the third, and $3,000 for each subsequent referral.
  • The new homeowner (the referee) will receive $1,000.

The new homeowner (the referee) must have signed their agreements before issuing Referral Rewards. The referring homeowner must also have settled before receiving any rewards. Referral amounts will be accumulated and paid upon settlement.

When an established homeowner refers someone to an established community, only the referring homeowner qualifies for Referral Rewards.

  • The referring homeowner will receive a tiered reward based on the number of successful referrals: $1,000 for the first, $2,000 for the second, $3,000 for the third, and $3,000 for each subsequent referral.

The new homeowner (the referee) must sign their agreement before the referring homeowner is issued their Referral Reward. The referring homeowner must be settled to receive rewards, which will be accumulated and paid upon settlement.

9. Definitions:

Established Community: A community where the last home has been sold.

Developing community: A community where the last home has not yet been sold
