From the first day that our homeowners walk into our communities, and right through their entire journey with us, our fabulous Lifestyle Managers are there to support and manage the day-to-day operations and homeowner experience of the community. One of the key success factors for this role is to be able to create and maintain a happy, welcoming, caring and safe community that has high homeowner empowerment, and satisfaction and attracts future homeowners.
We are now searching for Lifestyle Managers to join us as our portfolio expands. This opportunity is for a couple, both with an exemplary customer service focus, to live on-site (house provided as part of the role) with one role focused on Office Administration and the other on Facilities Management. Home Delivery Coordinator
We are looking for a Home Delivery Coordinator to come and join our Design and Construction team!
This is a customer-centric role that includes the management of customisation appointments from initial handover from sales, finalisation of design documents, home ordering, construction quality assurance, progress reporting to customers, final handover tasks and post move in maintenance works.
Administrative support is also essential to the Project Manager by assisting with items such as design reviews, tendering, programme monitoring, quality checking, reporting, cost and budget tracking and other general building administrative tasks associated with ensuring yearly settlements are achieved.

Project Manager

Then this could be the opportunity for you! We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for the management and delivery of the communities they are assigned too. From initial planning of the project through to completion of the final maintenance period on homes. This includes the construction of civil works, homes, clubhouses and amenities, services, and everything else required to allow a community to operate.
Naturally you will be a highly organised person who is responsible for all aspects of the project including the management of design, logistics, program, costs and budgeting, tendering and contract award, management of build quality, management of the project team, its consultants and stakeholders, communication and reporting, management of all required permits and approvals, defects and maintenance management and overall reflection of the Lifestyle Communities brand and the values.
