Right from the get go, Lifestyle Communities have been managers, not property developers for the communities that we develop.

We actually have an incentive to do this through what is an industry innovation in terms of a deferred management fee, where Lifestyle Communities is incentivised to ensure our communities are well looked and to make sure that your home value keeps growing over the years.
