An exciting update is here from Lifestyle Riverfield, with the clubhouse close to completion and more homeowners moving in every week.

It's a real team effort at Lifestyle Communities as we work alongside wonderful partners through the entire construction process. As we approach the Clubhouse opening in December, our partners have shared updates on their work.

Absolute Plants and Landscapes Update

Landscaping is close to completion with plans to have around 5,000 plants in by the end of the year, including the community veggie garden which is ready for homeowners to enjoy.

Jardon Clubhouse Construction Update

Exciting news about the Clubhouse, with the certification of occupancy coming through in early November. The indoor pool is filled, outdoor cinema installed & the Pickleball court is ready to go.

Todd Devine Homes Update

119 home are already ready with 112 number of homeowners already calling Lifestyle Riverfield home. An additional 37 home are currently under construction as part of stage two.

A lot is happening at Lifestyle Riverfield as we finish off 2024 strong. From the 2nd of December you will find the sales team in the Clubhouse so pop by anytime.
