Construction update at Lifestyle Bellarine – November 2023

Since our last update, there's been lots of movement on site at Lifestyle Bellarine. Here are some of the major highlights:

Beachfront bliss:

The highly anticipated beach is taking shape and will feature beach boxes, sandy shores and a floating pontoon.

Pool house:

A first in Lifestyle Communities, the 25-metre pool is near completion. The pool house is not just about the pool but will also feature an indoor spa and sauna. Set to open before Christmas, it'll be ready for homeowners to enjoy in the summer.

Creative haven:

The workshop will be a versatile space for woodworking and arts and crafts and is due for completion in the early new year.

Golfing delight:

Finishing touches are being made to the chip and putt course. When complete, the course will have 9 holes and a driving net.

Homes:

46 homes have settled in the community with 89 currently under construction.

Club Lifestyle:

An additional 14 short-stay villas have opened for bookings. The camp kitchen and reception area is near completion, providing a space for our holiday-makes to enjoy.
